We are a Danish company that wanted to setup a Norwegian subsidiary. Firmakompetanse have helped us with everything during the startup phase including getting a bank account, registration with the Norwegian authorities and everything else needed to run a company in Norway. After the setup, they run the day to day invoicing, accounting, salaries and other operations tasks.
